The SRK Story
Following years of quality, organization, and budget issues with contractor partnerships, Steve Slowey and Tim Rutjes of Slowey Management were in the market for a contractor with integrity. After partnering with Tim Karli on a Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Omaha, NE, they knew they had met their match.
And so, in 2016, SRK (Slowey, Rutjes, and Karli) Development was born. With a combined experience of over 50 years in many states, SRK Development delivers quality products on time and on budget.
